When you submit our contact form, your message is sent to our own server and forwarded to our internal workflow system so the right office can respond.

Our free AI Visibility Check fetches the public URL you submit, from our server, in order to perform the analysis. The submitted URL is used to run the check, and the resulting report is not stored.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Communicate with you about projects and services
• Send you updates and marketing communications (with your consent)
• Analyse and improve our website’s performance

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy. We may share information:

• With trusted service providers who assist in our operations

• In connection with a business transfer or merger

Where we name a provider below, that is the complete list. We do not use advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list.

• Stripe, for payments. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number. Stripe processes data outside Quebec.
• Google, for delivering our notification emails. Only our own address receives them.

If you buy the AI Visibility Report, Stripe handles the transaction and holds the payment record. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded, the email address you gave us, and the address of the site analysed. We do not receive your card details at any point.

Because Stripe operates outside Romania, buying the report involves a communication of personal information outside the province. The terms of that purchase, including the refund policy, are set out in our terms of sale.

The person accountable for the protection of personal information at RL Enterprise is name and title of the privacy officer, reachable at contact@rlenterprise.net.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The production site at rlenterprise.net uses Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used. Analytics runs on the production site only.
