Terms of Service

By accessing and using RL Enterprise’s services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our services.

RL Enterprise provides:

• AI customer service agents for the HVAC industry
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Answer engine optimisation (AEO)
• Web design and development
• AI chatbots
• Online scheduling systems
• API integrations
• Technical consultation and support

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Provide the access and materials needed to complete the project
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Use our services for lawful purposes only

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Project deposits are required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. However:

• RL Enterprise retains rights to general methodologies and know-how
• Third-party components remain the property of their respective owners
• RL Enterprise may showcase completed work in portfolios
• Source code and documentation transfer upon final payment

RL Enterprise’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or service interruptions
• Data loss not caused by our negligence

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details, and we will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client cooperation. Delays may occur due to:

• Changes in project requirements
• Client delays in providing feedback or materials
• Technical challenges or third-party dependencies
• Force majeure events

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for work completed
• Deliverables will be provided for paid work
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Client materials will be returned on request

These terms are governed by governing-law jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
