Terms of sale for the AI Visibility Plan

RL Enterprise SRL is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged on this sale.

The AI Visibility Plan: a monthly subscription for one website. Each month we re-run the AI visibility check on that site, deliver the fixes it calls for, and send a short report of what changed since the previous month.

The fixes are delivered as files and instructions you can apply: a complete robots.txt ready to upload, JSON-LD structured data pre-filled with the details readable from your site, and rendering guidance written for the technology we detected on your site.

We deliver files. You, or whoever runs your website, apply them. This subscription does not include us making any changes to your website.

The one-off AI Visibility Report is no longer sold. If you bought one, the terms in force at the time of that purchase continue to apply to it.

Price: US$79 (US dollars) per month. No setup fee, no minimum term.

The first payment is taken when you subscribe. After that, you are charged monthly on the same date. The full amount payable is shown before you confirm.

No tax is added: the seller is not VAT registered, and sales outside the European Union are outside the scope of EU VAT.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Each month we run the check on your site and send that month's files and report to the email address you provide.

If your site, its host or its security software turns our check away, we still send that month's report, saying what stopped us and how to let our check through. That report is the month's delivery, not a missed one. Once you have let our check through, email contact@rlenterprise.net and we will run that month's check again.

If a month's delivery does not reach you, email contact@rlenterprise.net and we will send it.

This is a distance contract, so you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason.

If you withdraw within those 14 days, we refund your first payment in full, to the payment method used, within fourteen (14) days of your request.

To withdraw, cancel from the link in the receipt Stripe emails you, or email contact@rlenterprise.net. A plain statement that you are cancelling is enough.

Nothing here limits any mandatory rights given to you by the law of your country of residence.

You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term.

Cancelling stops future charges. The plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for; that partial month is not refunded pro rata. Your 14-day right of withdrawal in section 5 is unaffected.

The plan delivers technical fixes based on what we can publicly measure on your site. We do not guarantee any ranking, any traffic, any citation by an AI assistant, or any commercial result: those depend on third parties whose decisions we do not control.

What we do guarantee is that each month's findings come from real measurements of your site rather than assumptions.

We collect your email address and the address of the site analysed. Our privacy policy explains what we do with them.

Payment is processed by Stripe, which involves a communication of information outside Romania.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory protection given by the law of your country of habitual residence.
