RL Enterprise builds API and systems integrations for small and mid-sized businesses: connecting websites, CRMs, payment processors, calendars and internal tools so data moves between them automatically instead of being retyped by hand. We handle frontend and backend integration work, third-party API connections, and workflow automation with n8n, on a stack that includes Node.js, Python, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS and Google Cloud. If two of your systems do not talk to each other, this is the service that fixes it.

Yes, and there is evidence rather than assertion. McManhunt.com, built and operated by RL Enterprise, is a multi-region gaming platform running since 2020 with over 1,500,000 unique users since launch, on MongoDB, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes and Google Cloud APIs. Integration and infrastructure at that scale is our own daily operations work, not something we outsource when a client asks for it.

›Which systems can you integrate?
Practically anything with an API: CRMs, payment processors, calendars, email platforms, accounting tools, Shopify, WordPress, and internal databases. Where no usable API exists, we will tell you honestly what the workarounds are and what they cost in reliability.
›What is n8n and why do you use it?
n8n is a workflow automation platform: it connects systems and runs multi-step processes without custom code for every step. We use it where it fits because it is fast to build on, self-hostable (so you own the automation, unlike Zapier-style SaaS), and easy for us to hand over documented. Where a flow outgrows it, we write custom code instead.
›What happens when a third-party API changes or goes down?
Every integration we build includes error handling, logging and alerting, so failures are visible immediately rather than discovered weeks later as missing data. Our handover includes a defined arrangement for handling API changes.
›Can you fix or take over an integration someone else built?
Yes. These projects start with the same data-flow mapping, plus an honest assessment of whether the existing work is worth keeping. Sometimes it is; we will not rebuild for the sake of billing a rebuild.
›How much does integration work cost?
Fixed written quote after the data-flow mapping, before any build. Small single-flow automations and large multi-system projects are very different scopes. We do not publish a floor for this one, because the range is wide enough that any figure would mislead more readers than it helped. The data-flow map comes first, then the number.
›Is our data safe during integration work?
Data handling is designed into the scope: what is transferred, what is stored, where, and under whose access. Everything we build runs under accounts you own, and full access and documentation are handed over at completion.

The typing time is the visible cost, and it is the cheap one. The expensive parts are the lead nobody got round to retyping, the order retyped wrong, and the same customer sitting in three systems under three spellings so that no report you run is quite true.
