    AI voice agents

RL Enterprise builds AI voice agents in two directions. The AI receptionist answers the calls that come in, triages them by urgency and books the job, so nothing is missed at two in the morning or during a cold snap. The AI sales agent makes the calls that go out, working a list, qualifying against your criteria and booking the appointment. Same voice platform and the same integrations underneath; different rules around them, because calling someone who did not call you is a regulated activity in every market we serve.

Which of the two do you need?

Most businesses that ask about one turn out to need the other first. The test is simple: if you are losing money on the phone you already have, fix that before you buy more of it.

What is the same across both?

    • The platformOne voice stack, one set of integrations, one place the conversation is logged. A business running both is not running two systems that disagree about who was spoken to.
    • The integration boundaryBoth are priced on the same three tiers, and the step between them is the same one: capturing an appointment request, or writing the booking into your own scheduling or field service system. That is where the engineering cost sits for either direction.
    • Honest handoverBoth identify themselves as automated, both have defined limits, and both pass a caller to a human at agreed points. An agent that cannot admit what it is, or will not let go, damages the business it is answering for.
    • Your recordings and your dataTranscripts and outcomes are yours, written back into your CRM rather than held in ours. Nothing about either product depends on you being unable to leave.
