Services · three practices, one standard
Services
RL Enterprise is an AI consulting and integration practice for small and mid-sized businesses. The work falls into three groups: AI, where we work out what is worth automating and then build it; Visibility, where we get you found by search engines and cited by AI assistants; and Build, the websites, booking systems and integrations underneath both. The reason to look at this now is measurable rather than rhetorical: Pew Research tracked real browsing and found people click a search result 8% of the time when an AI summary is present, against 15% when it is not. Whatever we build is engineered from the first decision to be found and read by machines as well as people. We are an international practice with Canadian roots, working across North America and Europe, and every enquiry gets a reply within 24 hours.
The lead engagement · assessment, then the build
AI consulting and integration
Most businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need one specific thing built and wired into what they already run. We start by looking at how work moves through your company, say plainly where AI earns its place and where it does not, then build the item with the highest return and connect it to your live systems. Engagements end with software in production. You own the code, the configuration and the documentation.
- 01We map how work actually arrivesCalls, forms, messages, walk-ins. Who touches each one, how long it waits, and where it falls over. Before any software is discussed.
- 02We say where AI does not belongMost processes do not need a model. Naming those first is what makes the recommendation worth acting on, and it is the part a vendor will not tell you.
- 03We build the highest-value itemAgainst your real data, not a demo dataset. You see it working on your own calls and records before it goes anywhere near a customer.
- 04We connect it to what you runCRM, scheduling, dispatch, payments, internal tools. API work and n8n automation, so the output lands where your team already looks.
The difference between a slide deck about AI and a system that answers your phone.
The full line-up
What services does RL Enterprise offer?
Eight services in three practices. Each one stands alone, and each is engineered to be found from the first architectural decision.
AI
Working out where AI genuinely earns its place in your business, then building it and connecting it to what you already run.
- AI consulting and integrationAssessment first, then the build. Engagements end with software running in production, not a strategy document.
- AI call answering agentsAnswer every call at any hour, triage by urgency and book the job. Deepest experience in the HVAC trade.
- AI chatbotsAssistants trained on your own data that answer, qualify and book, wired into your real systems.
Visibility
Being found by the search engines your customers use, and cited by the AI assistants a growing number of them ask first.
Build
The software underneath: the site people land on, the systems that take the booking, and the plumbing between them.
- Web design and developmentCustom sites in React, Next.js and TypeScript. Never page-builder templates.
- Online schedulingBooking systems built around how your business actually takes appointments.
- API and systems integrationConnecting your site, CRM, payments and internal tools so nobody retypes anything.
One system
How do the services fit together?
Individually, each service solves one problem. Together they form a pipeline: visibility work brings the visitor, the website converts the visit, the agents and scheduling capture the enquiry at any hour, and the integrations move it into your systems without manual work.
You do not have to buy the pipeline. Plenty of clients start with one service. But every service is built so the others can attach to it later without rework, because the same team builds all of them.

FAQ
Common questions
- Can I hire RL Enterprise for just one service?
- Yes. Every service stands alone, and many clients start with a single project. Each is built so other services can attach later without rework, but there is no obligation to expand.
- Do I have to start with a consulting engagement?
- No. If you already know what you want built, we will build it. Consulting is for the case where the goal is clear but the shape of the solution is not, and it is the fastest way to avoid paying for the wrong thing.
- Do you offer ongoing management or only one-off projects?
- Both. Some clients engage us for a single build. Others, including FaceRating.ai and McManhunt.com, have us running the full stack: website, backend, hosting, management and marketing.
- Is SEO included in a web design project, or is it extra?
- Included as standard. Site architecture, page speed, structured data and crawlability are engineering decisions we make during the build. Ongoing SEO campaigns are scoped separately, and we will tell you honestly whether you need one.
- What does an engagement cost?
- It depends on scope, which is why every engagement starts with an audit and a fixed written quote. You will never get a surprise invoice. Starting points, so you can size a conversation before you have it: websites from US$4,500, chatbots from US$2,500, scheduling systems from US$6,000, HVAC call agents from US$3,500 plus US$300 a month, SEO from US$1,200 a month, and an AI consulting assessment from US$2,500. Integrations are quoted after a data-flow map, because the range there is too wide for a starting figure to mean anything.
- How long does a typical project take?
- It varies with scope, and the honest answer arrives with your written timeline before the project starts. typical duration ranges per service
- Do you work with clients outside Canada?
- Yes. We work with clients across Canada and the United States, and every enquiry gets a reply within 24 hours.
Start with one service. Or start with the facts.
Adobe measured a 1,200% rise in visits arriving from generative AI sources in under a year, and most AI crawlers, GPTBot and ClaudeBot among them, do not execute JavaScript. Plenty of sites are invisible to that traffic and have no way of knowing it. Run the free AI Visibility Check to see whether AI crawlers can read your site right now, or email us and describe what you are trying to do. Either way, you will hear from us within 24 hours.
