HVAC SEO & AEO
HVAC SEO that reflects the work you do.
HVAC SEO is the work that gets a heating and cooling contractor found when homeowners nearby search for furnace repair, heat pump installation or AC service, and named when they ask an AI assistant who to call. RL Enterprise does that work for HVAC contractors: we organise the website around the equipment, services and areas you actually cover, then shorten the path from a search or an AI answer to a booked call.
What we fix first on an HVAC website
- One page for each service that pays: furnace repair, AC repair, heat pump installation, maintenance plans. A single "Services" list cannot match any of those searches well.
- The Google Business Profile: "HVAC contractor" as the main category, heating and air conditioning as extra categories where you do that work, a service area that matches how far your trucks really go, and hours that match when someone actually answers.
- The same business name, phone number and address on the website, the profile and the directories, with old numbers and old addresses removed.
- Heating pages updated before the first cold snap and cooling pages before the first heat wave. A page needs weeks to be found, so one published mid-season mostly misses it.
- Rebates and financing stated plainly where you offer them: which programme, who qualifies and what the customer has to do. Heat pump buyers search for exactly that.
- Business markup of the HVACBusiness type that matches what the page says, so search engines and AI assistants read the same facts a visitor sees.

Example: the first three months for a three-truck HVAC company
An illustration of how we would sequence the work. It is not a client result.
Month 1
Set the baseline: Search Console, the Google Maps position for searches like "furnace repair" in your main towns, and what ChatGPT and Google's AI answers say when asked for an HVAC contractor in the area. Fix the Business Profile category and service area, and anything stopping pages from being indexed.
Month 2
Rewrite or create the page for the service that brings in the most money, often heat pump installation. It answers the questions your office hears on the phone: what the visit involves, what affects the price, which rebate applies.
Month 3
Add the page for the season ahead (furnace tune-ups in late summer, AC service in spring), then compare against the month 1 baseline: Maps position, calls and form enquiries, not just visits.
Growth, CA$730 a month. For this example we would suggest Growth, because months 2 and 3 each add a page and Growth includes a new or expanded page every month.
See what each plan includesBuild local visibility around real coverage
Service-area content should help a customer understand whether you can reach them, rather than repeat the same page with a different city name. For several branches, we clarify which team serves each area and avoid presenting an address as an office when it is not one.
Make your expertise easier to understand in AI search
Clear HTML, accurate business information, descriptive headings and answers grounded in your actual process help readers and machines understand the service. We check access for the crawlers AI assistants use and keep structured data consistent with visible content. No special file or schema guarantees inclusion in an AI answer, and we do not promise a particular citation or ranking.
Measure enquiries and the work behind them
We distinguish traffic from enquiries and completed jobs, and review whether the enquiries concern the services and areas you want. An AI receptionist can be scoped separately for call intake and handover; answering a call and earning search visibility are different parts of the customer journey.
See where you stand on the map.
When someone nearby searches for the work you do, Google often shows a map with a few businesses above the ordinary results. Which ones it picks depends largely on the Business Profile: whether it is claimed and links to your website, its category and hours, your reviews, and whether its phone number and address match the site.
The free check finds your listing, searches the map the way locals do in your town, and shows which businesses appear above you and what they have that you do not.

Start with a defined plan.
Monthly SEO & AEO plans range from CA$420 to CA$3,000, with deliverables agreed around your priorities. The CA$149 one-time visibility setup provides a human-reviewed baseline and prepared essentials; installation is separate. AI services are quoted independently.
